Stephanie Tew Campbell is a member of the Firm and joins the Firm’s regulatory/healthcare and litigation practice groups. In addition, she will continue to practice in the areas of family law including: uncontested and complex divorce actions, post-divorce matters, custody, paternity, visitation and timesharing, child support, grandparent visitation, and domestic violence. Stephanie is also skilled in the negotiation and litigation of pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
In her practice, Stephanie has handled complex child custody actions and complex divorce actions in excess of $3,000,000 in controversy in both Circuit Court and the Court of Appeals. Stephanie is a skilled litigator having tried in excess of fifty family law related trials and hearings across the Commonwealth. Stephanie also practices in the areas of: civil litigation, estate planning, probate, business transactions, and corporate formation.
Stephanie graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in both Finance and Business Management from the University of Kentucky in 2005 and earned her Juris Doctorate from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University in 2009. After graduation, Stephanie returned to Lexington where she practiced for ten years before joining the Firm. Stephanie is licensed to practice law in Kentucky and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky.
