STUART D. MICHAEL

Stuart D. Michael is an associate of the firm, and has been with EMWN since October 2021. Stuart focuses his work on wealth services, primarily in the forms of estate planning, corporate transactions, and real estate transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Stuart worked for five years as a staff attorney for the Kentucky Department of Financial Institutions where he specialized in complex securities enforcement cases.
Stuart earned his Bachelor of Arts, Juris Doctor, and Masters of Business Administration degrees from the University of Kentucky. During law school, he specialized in corporate and business planning matters, and participated in numerous externship programs. Stuart is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Kentucky, and previously served as a Staff Attorney for the Hon. Tyler Gill.
